Finding the return address for a refunded order
I bought an item and was sent the wrong size. A refund has been made, however I haven't been given the address to return the item. The seller paid for return shipping and I should have been sent a return slip but I have been sent nothing. I don't know the address where I need to return the item to to. I have emailed, gone on chat and contacted the seller - all I need is the address.
Where can I find the return to sender address?

If the seller already sent the refund, your return is closed and you can not access the label.
Message the seller and let him know that he needs to create a return label outside of eBay, and send it to you in a message.

The problem I have is that the seller is not responding to any emails and therefore I don't know where to send the item.
I just need the address.

I would send him one more message - nicely tell him that if he doesn’t send a label by x/x - pick a date - you will donate the item to charity. He either wants the item back or he doesn’t. If he doesn’t, donate it or give it away.
