finding order
Hi, It appears that my paypal account has activity for an order from ebay but I cannot find this order on ebay?
I have checked everywhere and Im trying to enter the information from paypal receipt and nothing comes up
in ebay. I tried to ask PayPal about this and They have closed the claim as a valid charge but no answer to where
any invoice or proof of order?
Any other place I can find where this order might show up?

Mentor3 weeks agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
