Finding individual shipping label costs older than 90 days
I am trying to look up the individual costs of shipping labels for items sold between April 1st to September 1st.
I listed a number of items with "free shipping" but neglected on my part to get that shipping cost info.
I googled it and tried a number of things but so far, no luck in finding what I need. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Here are several ways to get the information, you probably want B
A) This is a Financial overview page
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding
(if the link doesn't work try
Seller Hub> Payments > Reports
Change your time period to "Custom"
Select: Jan 01, 2025-Dec 31, 2025 (or April 1 to Sept 1)
Right on the screen you will see the totals you need
- Sales
- Fees
- Shipping Labels
- Returns
THIS IS LIKELY WHAT YOU WANT
B) Or you can generate a specific transactions report here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report
Pick the parameters
- Select the Items you want in "Transaction Type" example Shipping Label
- Select the time period: Jan 01, 2025-Dec 31, 2025 (Apr to Sept
- Click Create Report
When notified, download the CSV file which will open in Excel.
You can create a formula to total the columns
C) You can find monthly reports here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report/statement
and
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report/invoices

OP2 weeks agoThanks for your quick response, but what happens is, it lists the shipping cost as $0 as I had FREE shipping. But of course I paid out of pocket for shipping. That's what I'm looking for. Any other thoughts? TY.
