Finding buyers shipping address
I have sold an item but am unable to find the buyer's address to ship it. I am using my fedex account outside of ebay and do not want topay to print a label. Suggestions?

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Click on the Order Details number and you will see the buyer's name and address and can copy/paste to your shipping label in your Fed Ex account.

Mentor2 years agoYou would still go to the shipping section of eBay to obtain the buyers address. You just do not complete the purchase of the shipping label.
You did not specify that you are going to use FedEx for the shipping. You should know that some buyers have problems when FedEx is used because of their location or past experiences with FedEx. This can lead to negative feedback from a buyer. In the future make sure to specify how you will be shipping the item so the buyer will know your intentions.
