Finding a seller
Im trying to find a particular seller they sent me the wrong item but was supposed to send the correct i no longer have the item in my purchase history and seller didnt leave me feedback.

You have inadvertently purchased as a Guest.
First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
