My product arrived in Australia (Brisbane) where is it

It arrived in Brisbane with a clear delivery address (having used Ebay before). Instead it got redirected (or undelivered) and ended up in a Returns facility in Victoria.

Still there to my knowledge wit the clear address attached.

6 WEEKS!!!!

Just send it... grrrr!!!!

@mjptgp I understand that this is frustrating and you'd rather have the item but your best option at this point is a not received refund request.

Go to your purchase history on the site where you made the purchase ( this is eBay.com the US site)

Then file a not received refund request case. You need to file the case no later than 30 days after the last estimated delivery date so don't delay.

IF the seller does not refund you then ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day.
