find form to request refund of fianl value fees
I find many pages of " do I qualify for refund of final value fees " I do ...
but days of searching have not shown me any way to find or fill out a FORM to request this refund.
does anyone know how to make this request ?

Final value fees are refunded automatically when you refund your buyer.
Why do you need to ask for a refund?

OP2 years agoI had never received the refund, and I now find that for some unknown reason .. eBay refunded my final value fees to the buyer ???

If you refunded the buyer voluntarily, you fund the refund, then eBay reverses the fees when they release the buyer’s payment to you.
If eBay had to step in and issue the refund, your fees are not reversed/refunded.
The buyer always gets his full payment refunded, not more than he paid.
If you feel that the refund and payment release were not handled correctly, review them with customer service by requesting a call from the link at the bottom of this page -
