If the seller is still registered, you can send a message through the eBay message system using the Contact link on the seller's feedback or profile page.
You can request a report of your older transactions here:

There is a similar link on the Australian site.
Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.
