Financially locked phones

Hello,

I purchased an iphone on here and it was working great until today. I noticed that its constantly on SOS and couldn't fix the issue by myself so I went to the Tmobile store and they have informed me that the iphone has a financial lock on it because it hasn't been fully paid off. It's past the return policy. I use this phone for my business and can't do anything. What can i do?

@edw3887 Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described. Most cards can help for 180 days.
