financial statements
I was ask to download my bank statements to my account. I thought I did, but I had mistakenly download statements from eBay about my account. So, I went in and tried to delete the wrong ones and replace them with the correct statements from my bank. However, there isn't an option to delete statements nor to download additional ones. I've chatted with their little chat system more than once and it's no help. I even talked to a person and they just told me to contact CS. Excuse me, I thought that's who I was talking to. It such a run around to get answers and I can't get paid by eBay until I have the correct bank statements on there. Can anyone advise PLEASE?
