Final Value Fees
Hello, I am just wondering what the justification is for charging me a final value fee percentage on the full total including sales tax. While I don't agree with charging it on the shipping amount I can at least see the point as sellers would just load up the shipping while drastically reducing item costs on fixed price listings. Ok, I get that. But charging me on the sales tax also? I am having a hard time on that one. Would love to hear what someone has to say on it.
Also, I have noticed a recent spike in fraudulent listings and sellers. Have others noticed this also? Has anyone heard what if anything eBay is doing to combat it? In the collectibles categories I think customers are leaving because there is so much fraud.

On the Home page here type in Fees on sales tax ... you will find that the topic has been around for quite sometime ... and commented on by many, many members.
