Final value fee refund
Hello,
will I still be charged the final value fee if I gave a full refund to the buyer?
I got a message from ebay that I’ll be charged the final value fee of 72$.

Mentor3 years agoWith Managed Payments, you refund the buyer from your funds, and will be reimbursed in a few days.
