hey i got this charge but i didn't sold this item because the buyer cancel the order and asked me to not ship it so not sure why you keeping charge me for this amount.

You don't need to talk to anyone. You just need to do the sale cancelation process.
Cancel the sale, right here, it will credit back those fees to your account.
You can cancel right here, just click the picture of your item and follow the steps.

✓ Just select "Buyer Asked to Cancel" as the reason.

If the buyer asked to cancel, then you need to do a cancelation process, that will credit back the final value fee.

You DID sell the item.
Since YOU canceled the item at buyer's request, you should be credited with the selling fees.

Both @lady_madonna and I have explained how to get rid of those fees. You have only 30 days from the sale to do that. It takes about 1 minute to do it. the sale date was Mar 28, 2024, right?
Go "cancel" the sale. Your account will be credited back with the fees. You won't owe eBay.
1) Go here:

2) Click the image of your item.
3) Follow the steps.
4) Select "Buyer Asked to Cancel" as the reason.
