Mentor5 months agoThe feedback you receive on eBay has nothing whatsoever to do with eBay charging you a higher Final Value Fee (FVF) percentage.
eBay may charge a higher FVF percentage, per the User Agreement as follows (emphasis added) :
[Start of Quote]
Additional final value fees
You may be charged final value fees if you violate our policy of buying or selling outside of eBay,
or we may apply additional final value fees if you are not meeting our performance expectations.

Having, as you state, a high number of items not as described ("NAD"), is one way that eBay considers a seller not to be meeting eBay's performance expectations.
If, in fact, you are "rated top seller", with too many NADs that top seller rating may not last long.
Feedbacks, however, are simply reactions from people who bought from you. eBay no longer considers feedback "grades" and/or comments when determining a Top Rated Seller rating.
