Final value fee
The order has been cancelled. Why is there still a Transaction fees of -0.4 US dollars, but other orders have also been cancelled, there is no such Transaction fees.

Mentor1 year agoIn addition to a Final Value Fee of a percentage of the total amount paid by the buyer, eBay also charges a "per-order" fee on almost all sales.
That fee is $0.40 when the total paid by the buyer is $10.01 and over. (It's only $0.30 if the total is $10.00 or less.)
This minimal per-order fee is non-refundable.
I have no idea why, as you say, your "other orders have also been cancelled, there is no such Transaction fees."
Perhaps if you could post a screenshot of your order details, another Mentor may be able to explain.
