Final sale issue?
I purchased a buy it now item. The original listing included the amount the seller was asking for shipping. I received a message from that seller that shipping is apparently higher than they listed and are demanding me to pay the deference before they will ship it. This feels wrong.

Mentor8 months agoIt is wrong. You agreed to purchase the item at the price it was listed for. This is the seller's error and he/she didn't put in the proper weight and dimensions when setting up the listing. You are NOT responsible for the overages. The seller must pay for the difference out of pocket. You are welcome to show them this response, as it is the correct one. We see this a lot, especially with new sellers.
