Final Payment
First time selling anything on ebay. The amount to be paid shows a list of deductions leading up to an amount on hold for payment. When I got the payment it was quite a bit lower than the payment shown with no explaination on what the last deduction was. Does anyone know where I can find the reason behind an additional fee being deducted before payout? Thank you in advance.

That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions. Your payout probably had deductions from other sales.

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
