final bid does not meet the minimum amount

Question

If I list an item and when the bidding ends the Final Amount does not match or exceed the minimum amount I expected to receive. What are my options if any

You ship if the winner pays, or you breach your contract with the winner and eBay and suffer the consequences.

Never set a Starting Price a/k/a Starting Bid for less than your true minimum you are willing and able to sell the item for (don't forget to figure in fees on price plus s/h plus sales tax to a hypothetical buyer in a distant high tax locality) unless you also choose the option (and pay the high fee for) a Reserve Price at your true minimum (which is almost never worth the fee which you pay no matter what happens and each time you list with it including relisting except maybe the free automatic relistings). The notion that setting the Starting Price lower than your true minimum will trigger some bidding war between bidders who are not willing to bid the Starting Price their first time is questionable at best (and even if a Reserve Price was free would still be questionable as you are losing bidders who would have bid the Starting Price but won't bid on a Reserve Not Met auction).
