Filthy shorts

Question

I ordered Lululemon shorts and knew they were used. However, I am shocked to open them and find that they are FILTHY in the crotch. I am so disgusted that I do not want to touch them and definitely do not want to take a picture requiring me to look at that again. BUT how do I get my money back and report this seller. I also do not want to be in contact with this seller who had the nerve to send these filthy things to a stranger's home. Help please.

You don't have to talk with the seller, you do need to take a photo of the short.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
