filing through ebay for a damaged usps package, where do I locate form
A few days ago I found, after hours looking, a form on ebay that auto filled all the info needed to file a claim with usps for a package that arrived damaged. It told me to wait a few more days. Now I have spent hours looking but can't find that form again. Anyone know how to locate it.

A usps claim is filed at usps.com.
If you purchased additional insurance through shipcover, then there will be a claim link in your label history.
