I sold an item that I used UPS to package up. Then I genertated a UPS shipping label through ebay and shipped it with extra insurance. The macintosh arrived with a broken face plate. I am trying to file a claim and nothing works. I used the ebay guide, and still have issues. Can you please walk me through how to File a shipping insurance claim? I am a seller and used UPS
