Filing a FedEx insurance claim as a seller; do I file a claim thru EBay or directly with FedEx?
As a part time reseller, I have sold two items thru EBay using FedEx as the shipping carrier. I need to file two FedEx insurance claims (batch claims). Do I do this thru an EBay process or form or do I file a claim directly with FedEx? When I login to FedEx, I do not see the FedEx file batch claims tab to file a claim. Where's the tab? Last, what is the % success rate on an FedEx insurance claim? Ron
