Filing a damage claim with UPS
UPS IS TELLING ME I HAVE TO GET A SHIPPING ACCOUNT NUMBER FROM EBAY IN ORDER TO FILE MY DOCUMENTS ONLINE FOR A DAMAGE CLAIM. I HAVE CALLED UPS 8 TIMES WITHOUT GETTING HELP TO ACCOMPLISH THIS. ANYONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM?
