Filing a claim with USPS . Says not eligible
I tried to file a claim for an item returned to me because the buyer received it broken. It was very well wrapped in bubble wrap so there was no reason for it to get broken, but when I went to file, it said the tracking number was ineligible for a claim and that makes no sense since it should be eligible for up to $100. Has anyone else dealt with this? What do I do?
