filing a claim with UPS for damaged shipment
hi everyone
an item that I had packed and shipped via UPS Store arrived damaged. I went with paperwork and photos of the package condition and item. (sent to me from buyer) to the UPS Store and they said the label was generated by ebay and i had to file with them. I can not find any info in ebay to guide me to the process of filingn a claim and getting a claim number. Are there any folks familiar with the process? This is entirely new territory for me.
