If you receive a damaged item first contact the seller and let them know it arrived broken. They may ask for pictures and then refund you. If they do not respond or won't refund you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.
Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select arrived damaged for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
