Filing a claim for lost sports card.
Does anybody know how to file a claim for a sports card that's under $20? The eBay tracking number isn't accepted on the USPS website. I thought there was a way through eBay to file claims for less than $20.

The eBay Standard Envelope comes with limited tracking. It cannot be tracked on the USPS site, but it can be tracked on eBay. There is a claim process to follow. Here is more information:
