filing a claim for lost packages
I am a seller. I tried to file a usps claim for a ten dollar item , shipped but not delivered. unable to file a usps claim as it was very confusing an they required photos and I could not figure out to put photos from my phone onto the claim form on my computer screen. im old and it was very difficult. So I just refunded the customer the payment for the item. easy, right ?
Now I have a $60.00 item which hasnt moved for 11 days with fed ex economy. I tried to file an online claim and it cannot be done without using microsoft excel, which I do not have and it costs money to get the program. I dont know why I should have to pay for a program I will prob not use again to file a claim with fedex. Anybody else have these issues with filing claims and any suggestions ? Been at this for 26 years and almost ready to call it quits because of things like this.
