Hello,
I recently sold a pair of sneakers through eBay Authenticity Guarantee, but I was informed that the item failed authentication and is being returned to me.
The issue is that these are the exact same sneakers I originally purchased on eBay, and they had already passed eBay authentication when I bought them. I simply relisted the same pair in the same condition.
Because the shoes were previously authenticated by eBay, I trusted that the item was authentic. I would like to understand why the same pair passed authentication previously but failed this time.
Could you please review this case and provide more detailed information about the reason for the failed authentication?
