Filed a case against a buyer for fraudulent return and it’s been almost a month
The buyer returned an obviously used and damaged camera. It smelled burnt as soon as I opened it. Filed a case against them and here I sit almost a month later. I’ve called eBay twice and they say it’s escalated but nothing ever happens. I was going to do a 50% refund but it wouldn’t let me. Now I can’t do anything with it. Any ideas ? TIA
