file higher management complaint - AUTO seized the fund & closed case without looking at details -
have called Ebay 8 times, got all sympathetic support voices from 8 different people, but 2 cases are closed by automated computer without knowing: 1. buyer wrongfully accused me of selling fake, 2. buyer returned different item for refund.
called 8 times so far, written report buyer, all emotional support FROM LIVE AGENT, but COMPUTER STILL seized my fund, created inconvenience for current sells.
God is testing my patience.
ASK FOR HIGHER MANAGEMENT, AVERAGE CLIENTS RESPOND THEIR HANDS ARE TIGHT.
