File a claim

Question

Recently I bought a keyboard on a guest account and was scammed out of my money. Have tried to message the guy with no response on his end. I have screenshots of purchase and it was supposed to be delivered at the latest by the 3rd of September. I purchased a different keyboard after realizing I was scammed but I just want my money back from the original purchase. How do I go about getting my money back from the scammer?

For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the order details link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order, or else see here:
