Figurine was damaged in shipment How do I file a claim

This item was damaged during shipment (USPS Ground) Item was returned to me, How do I submit a claim? It was returned to me in the box I shipped it in with all the proper packing and definate damage on the box, I refunded the Buyer, Now what do I DO?

@overhillrace2 First don't tell USPS that it was reshipped or it voids the insurance.

Next take pictures of the box, the item, and the packing material for your claim.

File the claim on the USPS site. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

For the proof of sale amount I used a screen shot of the order details like this, of course don't cross out the info>

I don't include the section where it says what I earned after eBay fees as I feel that's none of USPS business.
