Fighting an extra weight fee from UPS

Question

I shipped 4 foam, floor mats in a cardboard box.... weighed it at 4.5 lbs ... I put 5 lbs. -- now UPS said it weighs 25 lbs and I have an overage charge.

#1 I weighed it before shipping #2 there is NO way a foam floormat weighs 5 pounds.

I can not get ahold of UPS or E-bay to fight it..... it is all automated crap.

What were the dimensions of the box? If more than 12x12x12, you were probably charged dimensional weight, which could be 25 lbs.
