Felony grand larceny

Question

Bought silver for $900. It's not real. Seller no longer has a site and I can't contact anyone from ebay other than fellow sellers. I need someone that does something other that simple returns from Ebay. Can anyone help?

I am sorry that happened!

If it is less than 30 days since your item arrived, you should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

This starts the process for a refund.

If it is longer than 30 days since the item was delivered, file a credit card chargeback.
