Fell Below Standards for defect rate/cancelling orders. Please Advise
I feel below standards for cancelling 10 out of 377 orders in the past 12 months. Most of those are within the last 90 days due to a move/family incident. Without promoted listings, my sales have basically stopped. I am selling something maybe once a week.
How do I improve my seller performance without sales? Should I list my items far below market price in order to get sales? What is a good strategy? I have since double checked my entire inventory so that I won't have to cancel another order. The issue is fixed on my end. I just don't know how to improve my numbers.
