Fees unauthorized repetition of fees and payments on hold and paying for multiple labels

Question

Not only have i paid for about 7 labels and only needed two of these. I voided and canceled them for a refund amd I haven’t seen a difference in money. I also have a lot of fees and fones amd the same items are on the list 3 different times amd all for different bull**bleep** reasons! I also have been looking for payouts on time and I see march 8 payout and march 9 although I have payouts overdue and no one at eBay ever responds or answers me back so I can’t even call and speak to an agent regar...

Refunds for cancelled labels take about 3 weeks.

Fees are clearly defined - it is up to you to read the descriptions. When you use an optional feature like a subtitle, it is charged every time the item renews. You authorize eBay to charge you by submitting your listing
