FEES for return

Question

Hi I listed an item on EBAY as a first time seller and wasn't notified of the sale, then I received a message to refund the buyer. This was done since the money was in my EBAY account pretty fast but now I am getting fee charges which is pretty cheap and don't mind paying them however each time I attempted to pay the fee's EBAY decides to give me an error message to log out and try again. I have attempted to contact the chat bot about this and was going to a live rep but kept getting disconnected on this as well. Has anyone else have had this issue?

For the ebay fees/reimbursements, I selected a credit card, rather than my checking account so I don't have to worry about my balance in case I have to make a refund, without a pending payout.
