Yes, I listed a item and it sold. I invoiced the buyer, but he never paid and cancelled the order with no explanation. I want to relist the item, but it's say I have to pay $150.00 listing fee. Why do I have to pay another relisting fee for the item that didn't sell?

Mentor3 years agoAs the other posters have pointed out, a reserve fee is a non-refundable option. Buyers hate them, and you pay regardless. Just start your auction at the lowest you'll take and avoid using a reserve.

·3 years agoIf you use a reserve price, you have to pay the fee for using it, even if the item doesn't sell and you have to pay it each time you use it.

Mentor3 years agoWhen a buyer does not paid, you wait till the fifth day to cancel so you can select "non-payment" as the reason, so you get you fees credited. You can try asking ebay for a courtesy refund for your mistake.
