Fees for cancellation
A buyer who bid and won an item but then decided after he won it that he no longer wanted it asked me to cancel the order. I did. What I want to know is do I still get charged the listing and seller fees on this item? I would like to relist it. I had other buyers that missed winning by a dollar does eBay send an offer to them after a winning bid cancels?

·2 years agoWhen you cancel at buyer's request and refund eBay will issue a credit for the Final Value Fees (not any insertion fees). You can send a Second Chance Offer to any losing bidder who has not opted out of receiving offers from sellers, or you can relist (there should be an option to check to relist or not on the cancellation form).
