obtain a statement of all fees paid for selling in 2022

Here is a link to your financial Reports page: Seller Hub | Reports financial overview | eBay
You can create a report using the date range choices starting Jan 1, 2022 and ending Dec 31, 2022. Across the top of the page will be four gray blocks, one has the fees you paid, see example pic below. You can also download reports too or just take a screen shot of the main page pic and save it.
