Closed shop 130 (one hundred thirty days) days ago. Each month eBay continues to take money out of my bank account. Be cautious/careful when trying to close your shop.

I can see that you ended all your listings ... BUT you didn't close your Store subscription, for which you'll be charged each month.
Depending on the type of subscription you have ... you may have to pay an 'early cancellation' fee to close it. Your Store is currently empty ... so you're just wasting money by keeping it open. Here's the info you need to close it:
