Why am I being charged in my eBay store $.32 per listing all of a sudden I donâ€™t understand and of course I canâ€™t get any support from Ebay. Nobody else answered the phone. Can anybody advise

What level store do you have?

$.32 is an odd amount - are you sure? A starter store pays $.30 each when you go over 250 insertions, but I donâ€™t see anything that would add $.02.

You can ask customer service to call you - you cannot call them.
