I sold an item and then the payment was on hold because the gentleman had made a complaint. Then I addressed the issues and they look through and what the guy said and the evidence and saw that I was justified and he was not. so they decided with me I have the emails and confirmation that they decided with me.
but he wouldn’t leave it alone. And the money had been on hold the whole time and this is a month going on now.
so then he’s emailing me. I’m not gonna give him half the price they wanted me to split the price but I’m already paying $100 for an item that I sold for them and I went down. The item was worth $550 selling on eBay and I sold it to them for 300 because he asked me to.
so I said I don’t care if you return it I’m over this. I don’t have the money you’re asking me and I don’t have it. They have it on hold.
they already told him no, but then went back and allowed it to continue to escalate.
and I was unable to contact them. I left them messages, trying to contact them.
then they returned it back to me now they’re trying to charge me $180 for I guess all the shipping or I guess for selling it and the shipping.
this is the first item I’ve ever sold and I’m very disappointed with this place with eBay. I think I will make sure people know of this experience.
I can’t afford $180. That’s why I’m selling things to begin with to just give that to them and they confirmed that I was justified and they were going. They decided with me in the case was closed. and the next day continued.
how do I address this
