I don't understand what it means I was charged 31.57 for cancelling an order? It says your funds did not cover refund cost at the time the refund was issued?

Mentor3 years agoIt means you did not have enough in your payment account to cover the refund you issued. If the payment for that order had not cleared yet, then it will be transferred to your bank after it clears.
