FEES
Has anybody run into this scam on Ebay or is it just me.
I sold an item . But I found out later it was an international buyer. My shipping responsibility was only to a hub outside of Chicago. Ebay charged me a fee on the total amount the buyer paid!! Therefore, that amount included the international shipping charge from the hub to the buyers location. My beef is I am being charged a fee on the total cost to ship my item to the buyers location. WHY?
