Feel like I'm being screwed by seller
Summary: sillyrabbitgifts expressed frustration over an online transaction where they attempted to cancel an order shortly after placing it. Despite contacting the seller multiple times, they received no shipping information. Now, they face issues with eBay as it's claimed the item was received and needs to be returned, although it was never delivered. They have struggled to get assistance from eBay's AI and are unable to speak with a representative, feeling stranded without the item or a refund.
I placed an order on August 12, 2026. Within 2 hours contacted seller that I wanted to cancel the order. They refused to cancel the order. I asked several times for shipping information and never received any shipping information. I have been trying to contact eBay as now they are saying that the item was received by me and they want a return. I couldn't return because i never received the item. Contacted eBay and they told me I needed to return the item. I need some help, I tried deal with the AI and got nothing, Then I received something telling me I need to speak to an eBay associate. I don't have my money and I don't have the item that was sold. I can't get someone to talk to about this problem. Seems like I'm screwed

Mentor3 weeks agoDid you open a Not Received case? Did you contact USPS or local post office with the tracking number to confirm where it actually is or where it actually got delivered? You need to this first.
