feedback was negative
after 8 months i received negative feedback.. 2 from the same buyer, both the same, he never paid
so ebay returned my fees, negative was given because i could not combine shipping at that
time on the global shipping program , was not allowed, now they do...they removed 1 feedback, but not the other due to technical issues
cannot get response, tried 6 different depts, thank you

Have you tried contacting eBay for business on FB as I suggested?

FYI, it's easy to read other languages when you use a computer with chrome you can right click on the mouse and then select translate to English. OR copy and paste the text into google translate.
When you sell internationally it is helpful to be able to communicate with your buyers.
