Feedback wait
Is it normal to have to wait 7 days to post a neutral feedback? After receiving my item I went to leave feedback but my only option was positive feedback but must wait 7 days for neutral. There were many communication problems with this person but when I finally received my item it works and is in working order so that part is positive. After all the frustrating communication attempts I wish to leave neutral feedback.
