Feedback to Seller software functionhangs up, eventually requires a "forced quit" on Mac laptop.
Each time I try to do a feedback (in these cases, positive), the feedback fails to go thru, hangs up my machine, and when I do a "forced quit", has a red report box that informs me that the sale in question could not be found! I'm running a MacBook Pro. Had no problems with the previous eBay software for feedbacks -- only happens with the version that has the feedback selection within the "actions" dropdown menu.

Mentor3 years agoCheck your feedback left to see if the feedback was actually left before the page got hung up.
If you get a popup message that you cannot close when leaving feedback, you should be able to close your browser tab without having to quit your browser. If you duplicate your tab first, you should be able to pick up where you left off.
